We do receive calls from parents and youth
who are concerned about their legal rights to an education. We
used to refer callers directly to
Justice for Children and Youth for advice in all education law
matters.
However, clinic staff now provide limited
services to parents and youth who are experiencing difficulty getting
the special education programs they or their children are entitled to.
Please call us for help.
Below you will find links to information
that will be of assistance to you. We also have an excellent
library resource we can lend out.
