Legal Secretary/Receptionist Position
We require a reliable and self-motivated
individual for a legal secretary/receptionist position effective
immediately.
Responsibilities include:
·
clerical/file management;
·
reception; and
·
general administrative and support
tasks.
The successful applicant will have:
·
a community college diploma,
university degree or equivalent
·
minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a
law office or acceptable alternative
·
familiarity with poverty law
·
minimum 60 w.p.m. & transcription
·
excellent oral & written
communication skills
·
proven proficiency in using
Microsoft Office products
·
ability to work with high need
clients
·
ability to multi-task and superior
organizational skills
·
ability to work under pressure and
with minimum supervision
