Courts - including Small Claims Court

The Ministry of the Attorney General's Court Services page provides information on court locations, jury duty, court processes, forms and fees, as well as how to obtain a fee waiver.  There is information specifically on small claims court, including publications such as "Before Making a Claim in Small Claims Court." Also available online are Small Claims Court forms and guides.  These guides include titles such as "Guide to Making a Claim" and "Guide to Replying to a Claim."

NOTE:  There are NEW small claims court rules and forms effective July 1, 2006.

All Ontario Court forms can be accessed at http://www.ontariocourtforms.on.ca.
