Consumers' Association of Canada (CAC) - independent, not-for-profit, volunteer-based, charitable organization. They inform and educate consumers, and advocate for consumers with government and industry.  

Consumers Council of Canada - works collaboratively with consumers, business and government in support of consumers' rights and responsibilities. Visit their page on how to complain effectively.

Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) - provides information about financial products and services, and informs Canadians of their rights and responsibilities when dealing with financial institutions. FCAC also ensures compliance with the federal consumer protection laws that apply to banks and federally incorporated trust, loan and insurance companies.
