All Together Affordable Housing Corporation - creating housing for low income residents of Hastings County

Hastings County Housing Programs Branch - provides affordable housing in Hastings County.  They are located at 15 Victoria Avenue, 2nd Floor, Belleville, Ontario, K8N 1Z5 (corner of Victoria and Pinnacle).  Call them at 613-771-9630 or 1-866-414-0300 to apply and complete an application over the phone.

Hastings Housing Resource Centre - provides assistance locating and securing immediate temporary and permanent housing.  They provide listings of available housing, information and support to tenants. They have an emergency button where you can find emergency services throughout Hastings County.

Low Income Energy Network - site designed to share information with the Network about LIEN's activities, and activities of its members on issues related to addressing the energy needs of Ontario's low-income households and energy issues.

Ontario Energy Board - tip sheets on energy redistributors and Help for Low-Income Customers including:

  • OESP - Ontario Electricity Support Program - monthly on-bill credit to reduce your bill (CALC Tip Sheet)

  • LEAP - Low-Income Energy Assistance Program - emergency financial help (CALC Tip Sheet)

  • Energy Conservation - Programs to help you reduce your energy use (energy saving kits/equipment)

Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA) - unites 770 non-profit organizations providing housing in 220 communities across Ontario. Their members include municipal and private non-profits of all sizes, with all types of funding.

Prince Edward-Lennox & Addington Social Services Social Housing Department - information on social housing in Prince Edward and Lennox & Addington counties.  They also provide a list of public and non-profit housing available.

SaveONenergy Home Assistance Program - helps Ontarians in need reduce their home electricity bills
