Charity Start-Up Tool Box. They also offer free legal
advice to eligible charitable and non-profit organizations in
Ontario that otherwise could not afford the services of a lawyer.

not-for-profit corporation and guidelines on how to incorporate such a
Queen’s Business Law Clinic (Kingston) - help for small
businesses and non-profits in Southeastern Ontario. They help
with incorporations, shareholder agreements, business name and
trademark work, compliance with general gov’t regulations for
start-up companies, drafting simple business contracts, etc.
