The Ministry of the Attorney General's Court Services page provides information on court locations, jury duty, court processes, forms and fees, as well as how to obtain a fee waiver. There is information specifically on small claims court, including publications such as "Before Making a Claim in Small Claims Court." Also available online are Small Claims Court rules, forms and guides. These guides include titles such as "Guide to Making a Claim" and "Guide to Replying to a Claim."
The Ontario Bar Association also hosts a series of videos on Small Claims Court procedures on their YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/ALERTOBA.
