Pro Bono Law Ontario

Pro Bono Law Ontario (PBLO) has a section of their site for the public, Law Help Ontario, which has links to several guidebooks and tip sheets for self-represented litigants. They also have links to court guides and forms and videos on representing yourself in Small Claims Court.

Ontario Courts, Including Small Claims Court

The Ministry of the Attorney General's Court Services page provides information on court locations, jury duty, court processes, forms and fees, as well as how to obtain a fee waiver.  There is information specifically on small claims court, including publications such as "Before Making a Claim in Small Claims Court." Also available online are Small Claims Court rules, forms and guides.  These guides include titles such as "Guide to Making a Claim" and "Guide to Replying to a Claim." 

The Ontario Bar Association also hosts a series of videos on Small Claims Court procedures on their YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/ALERTOBA.
